Between June 17 and 20, unknown offender stole a scaffolding ladder, valued at $313, from a house under construction in Newbridge Boulevard, Wallan.

Overnight on June 22, unknown offenders entered six building sites in Foxtail Court and Vecchio Parkway, Wallan and stole hot water systems and copper wiring from the houses that were in the after-frame stage of being built. The stolen property was valued at $8000.

Between June 22 and 24, unknown offenders entered a building site on Melaleuca Boulevard, Beveridge after moving the temporary fencing. The offenders stole timber that had been delivered for the frame of the house. Offenders would have needed machinery or similar and a trailer to remove the timber, which was valued at $10,000.

Between 1pm on June 20 and 7.15am on June 22, unknown offender syphoned diesel from a Mitchell Shire Council grader and tractor parked on Old Sydney Road, Wallan.

Offender removed and also stole the padlocked fuel caps from both vehicles. The value of the stolen property was $1470.

Overnight on June 24, unknown offenders broke into garden sheds in the backyard of a house in Redbank Road, Seymour.

Offenders accessed the sheds by cutting the padlocks and stole fishing rods and reels, esky and a car battery charger. The total value of the stolen goods was $720.

Between 4pm on June 23 and 12.30am on June 24, unknown offenders gained access to a property in Kobyboyn Road, Seymour, entering the stable complex and stealing a boat motor.

The boat motor was a black Yamaha 25-horsepower motor, valued at $3000.
